Fuzzy Approch to " Sharia"

The Islamic Sharia as a full legal value system which has access to sustainable resources such as Qoran and the Tradition and benefits from the wisdom as the esoteric messenger is the most appropriate value system in the ever-changing world. In fact, the logic used in Qoran and the Traditions is based upon multi- valued and consistent logic. In this value system, religious concepts have been expressed with linguistic ariables. The present study is an attempt to explain this fuzzy and the onsistent value system and demonstrate some aspects of the effects of his approach on the basis of the dynamics of jurisprudence and ffectiveness of Ijtihad.
