Message:
Abstract:
Islamists in turkey as a crucial zone of the world in the history of Islam always have been quarreling with the seculars of this country. Two broad political spectrums have been seeking Islam in turkey. One of them is the tariqats and the other is the political Islamists. Some of the tariqaties despite their sufi nature built a good relationship with the political islamists and provided social base for Islamic parties and it had a leading role in the winning of political Islamists in democratic struggles. In this essay not only we discuss the role of Islamists in political arena of turkey but also examine the most important Tariqats and their relationship with the political islamists and Islamic parties and at the end by viewing the struggles of political islamists and their conflict with the Kemalists and the reciprocal relationship of tariqats with either of the two political fronts in turkey including Islamists and seculars it will be found that Tariqats by using educational networks provide a good social base for the other two trends and each of these trends try to attract the social base of the tariqats.
