University Organizational Health Model Based on Islamic Teachings

Abstract:
Objectives
The purpose of this study was offering an Islamic model for university organizational health. This research was a descriptive – analytical study, the type of research was fundamental.
Method
The method of data collection was a combination of library and field methods. Data collection instrument were taking notes, interviews and questionnaires: The population of the study included experts of the issue through snowball sampling and 44 individuals were selected.
Results
The main findings of the research, the pursuit of organizational health model were based on religious teachings. The main components of the model were: Transparency (Clear expectations), fair reward system, solving the problem, Constructive communication, Supportive behavior, and goal-oriented, innovation, and resource productivity, flexibility, spiritually in work, integration, moral and quality oriented.
Conclusion
All components of the model output in order to improve organizational health and religion are examples; therefore, university administrators should be inspired by the great principles of Islam, and enjoying their effort to promote organizational health centers.
