Analysis of Psychological Capital Components with Spiritual Approach in Faculty's View for Establishing Islamic University

The present study aims at analyzing the psychological capital factors in Islamic university with a spiritual approach from view point of scientific board members.The aim of this article is analysis of psychological capital components in azad university's faculties. The method of the research is descriptive and statistical community included all scientific members of third district of azad Islamic university. The society of research is all of the faculties of zone 3 that is 1649. With stratified random sampling 320 selected people. Research instrument is a questionnaire with 100 items. For data analysis used factor analysis and freedman. Study in theory framework has five major components: self efficacy, resiliency, hope, optimism and spiritual intelligence. We have chosen 100 sub-components that after factor analysis resistant 78 factors. Results and Freedman showed that in self efficacy, shameless have high score and importance and social protection have the last importance.In resiliency, self-valuable and give help have high importance and responsibility has lower score. In hope, planning has high and diverge think has lower importance. In optimism, positive thinking has high score and rationality has lower score. In SQ, spiritual experiment is more important and trust in god has lowered important.
