Abstract:

This article is going to discuss about Imam Khomeini's theory of Legal articulations (Khetab) in the context of Usul and to represent a new interpretation about it. As regards to the analytic and criticized interpretation of the Usuli works of Imam Khomeini and other writings about his Usulis point of views, it seems that there in no disintegration in the laws in the theory of Legal articulations.
