Building Information Modeling and assessing and prioritizing lack of its applicability in Iranian construction industry

Modern methods of construction projects to improve quality¡ reduce time and therefore always consider reducing the cost of manufacturing engineers and stakeholders in the project. One of these methods and technologies fashion new teeth Lsazy building information (BIM) is. The aim of this study was to investigate and analyze building information modeling (BIM) and prioritize the factors affecting the challenges in deploying this system in the country. For this purpose¡ different factors of failure in the implementation of Building Information Modeling According to the specialists and experts¡ through questionnaires¡ weight and importance of these factors by using analytical network process (ANP) determine and prioritize the factors considered were. the highest importance and thus have the greatest impact on the prioritization of non-fulfillment had BIM. Because by removing obstacles to it¡ in order to optimize management time and resources and¡ perhaps managers are willing to use it.
