The New Paradigm on ISO Engineering System for Quality Assessment Model in the PNU Educational System

Aim and Despite the different views and many different ideas about the factors that should be considered in various universities; three axes to evaluate the quality of universities is challenged due to spread of the Higher Education Quality Assessment, and also lack of integrated management system of quality assessment in higher education. So this article argues about the necessity of entering educational institutions to the field of quality, also presents the fundamentals of an integrated management system in accordance with the structure of the PNU higher education system as a model; according to importance of the new paradigm on the International Organization for Standardization engineering system and its application in quality assessment of higher education.
