Measuring the Development of Lorestan ProvinceBased on Educational and Cultural IndicatorsUsing the TOPSIS Model

By recognizing the availability of each city in the province, one can see the disturbance in the distribution of facilities and services supplied to different regions and with comprehensive and accurate information on the level of citizenship or deprivation of cities, planning and allocation of resources were tailored to the needs of each area. In this research, using 12 indicators in two cultural and educational sections with descriptive-analytical approach and topsis method, the development of cities in Lorestan province has been evaluated. The results of the data analysis show that the city of Aligudarz was recognized as the most favored and the city of Delfan was recognized as the most deprived and In this ranking, none of the cities have been considered as developed.
