The impact of creative city paradigm on economic & social Dynamism in metropolitans (A case study of Tabriz-Iran)

Cities are the center of wealth for nations; but in the new century, the nature of wealth creation and development has changed, and the foundation of that idea is creativity and transformation into production and services. Moving towards the creation and realization of a creative city is a very important and important reason for the location of the city as the location of the formation of the platforms of the knowledge-based society, the importance and focus of cities in economic and social development. This research was conducted with the aim of influencing the idea of ​​a creative city in the economic and social scanning of the metropolitan city of Tabriz. The method of this research is based on descriptive-analytic and correlational approach and documentary and field methods have been used to collect data. The statistical population of the city planners was experts in urban metropolis in Tabriz metropolis. Cluster sampling method has been used in Tabriz metropolitan area to measure the variables of the creative city and social-economic scans. According to the results of this study, the results of Friedman test indicate that the innovation variable with the average rank (5.61) is in a better and more favorable position than other creative city variables and the leadership variable with the average rank (3.29) in the weaker ratio of the ratio Other variables in the city of Tabriz are metropolis. The results of T-test, which refer to the general status of the indicators, showed that all components of the township in Tabriz metropolitan area have been evaluated in poor condition and below average. The results of regression test, which shows the relationship between variables, shows that 39.5% of changes in socioeconomic scans of Tabriz city are explained by changes in the components of the creative city. The quality of life variable has the most impact and the leadership variable has the least effect on social and economic scans. Also, the results of the T test showed that 35% of the changes in the economic and social scanning of the metropolis of Tabriz were due to changes in the components of the creative city in Tabriz metropolis.
