Background
Due to the fact that in recent years, some common psychological trauma such as anxiety and depression have been introduced by psychological assemblies as a common and important disease in different circles of society It affects people's lives and, given that primary school teachers are not immune to this injury, and the basic element of one of the most basic educational bases, it is necessary to determine the extent or impact of such damage , Be studied in this educational community , Therefore, the purpose of this study was to compare and compare the "level of anxiety and depression of teachers working in elementary schools in District 3 of Isfahan".
Materials And Methods
The causal research method is comparative. The study population included all male and female teachers working in elementary school boys in District 3 of Isfahan. Using a multi-stage cluster sampling, a sample size of 35 people was selected. Data were collected using the standard DASS questionnaire. For data analysis, SPSS software, descriptive tables, correlation coefficient, F-LUN test were used for homogeneity of variance and independent t-test.
Findings: It is concluded that depression in male and female teachers with sig = 0.52 does not show a significant difference. The level of anxiety of male and female teachers with sig = 0.07 does not show a significant difference. Teachers 'teaching and anxiety with sig = 0.97 indicates a significant difference. There is no significant difference between teacher's depression in different age groups with sig = 0.34.
Conclusion
Considering the difference in mean of depression among female teachers in comparison with men at primary level and the sensitivity of teacher's work in the elementary period, organizing training courses and conducting discussion sessions for discussing teacher's problems and providing practical solutions and creating a healthy environment. And school attendance and recreational and sports programs can play a significant role in the organizational health of teachers.
