Designing and validation Arsh Leisure Time Program for improvement of working memory, cognitive capacity and communication skills of slow paced students

Abstract:
The purpose of the present study was designing and validation of Arsh Leisure Time Program for improvement of working memory, cognitive capacity and communication skills of slow paced students. The present research was a fundamental research. The study population included professionals in the field of psychology and education of exceptional children, educators of family education, and mothers of slow paced students. 3 professors in the field of psychology and education of exceptional children, 3 educators of family education, and 3 mothers of slow paced students participated in this study. They were selected by purposive sampling method. Validation process of program was done in five steps: study of program theoretical principles, literature review and review of current programs, designing contents of the program, validation of program contents and explaining the validation of program contents. Delfy approach for designing program contents, triangulation of investigator for validation, reliability coefficient of criterion tests (agreement percent method) for determining of reliability and Lasheh method for determining content validation index was used. findings showed that Arsh Leisure Time Program has high validity and reliability for improving working memory, cognitive capacity and communication skills of slow paced students. Using Arsh Leisure Time Program, that has high validity and reliability, it is possible to improve working memory, cognitive capacity and communication skills of slow paced students
