Aim and
Background
The purpose of this study is to obtain a meaningful relationship between the use of knowledge and information technology systems and the productivity of employees in the Office of Welfare. In this analytical and quantitative study, the role and impact of knowledge and information technology and knowledge management in Productivity and human resources management of the Khomein Health and Welfare Organization has been addressed.  
Materials and Methods
The statistical population of this research includes all employees of this organization, of which 60 were selected as examples in year 95. In this statistical and applied paper, based on statistical software, this main hypothesis is based. That is, there is a meaningful relationship between the use of information technology systems and the improvement of employee productivity in the organization. Independent variable: Knowledge and information technology and dependent variable: Human resources management of the organization. Then, we examined the issue by using a questionnaire.  
Findings
After obtaining raw data, the data were analyzed using SPSS software and T-Stud statistical methods. Finally, the hypothesis was confirmed.
Conclusion
According to the results, it is necessary to focus on the role of information technology and knowledge management in organizations, especially the bureaucratic administration of Khomein, and examine their relationship with the improvement of staff performance.
