Background
Management system is the most important part of Organization. If there is bad morality, bad behavior and mismanagement in this part of the system, in the same way it can cause serious damage to the organization especially to human resources. This research is descriptive from the perspective of its nature and method and is a practical research by its purpose. The statistical population of this study is related to the field of middle managers and executive units. The main purpose of this research is to identify the causes of whistle blowing in the organization.

Conclusions
The findings of research show; uncovering the anomaly as part of the internal control systems of different types of organizations had become one of the most important and effective ways to detect and prevent organizational disorders. Lack of attention to multiple reports of whistleblowers submitted to the senior administrative system of the organization and monitoring sections, creates bullying in the organization and middle management system by imagining that the upstream levels in organization do not have the ability to control it or with this notion that can deceive them, always with bullying and monopoly manage the affairs. Bullying in the organization increases the office leaving, absenteeism, motivation reduction, workplace poisoning and etc. also, ignoring the Whistle blowing in organization transfers it to the outside of the organization and also creates organizational silence and efficiency of the staff greatly reduces.
