Convergence in Handwriting for Dialects and Local Languages

The first device used in any connection is the language. If this device be easier, the more users will utilize it. So, with the growing population of a language, the types of emotional, semantic, commercial, cultural, and other connections would be mentioned clearly and with less distraction. In Iran, there is a wide variety of local and ethnic dialects and languages. But mutual connection between them, for many reasons, are not an acceptable level. One of the methods of connection is the use of texts and books. But, not identify and introduce of phonemes by linguistics and scientific handwriting has been made great chalange or problem between different dialects, such as innovative in using of different alphabets, the introduction and using of phonetic in the alphabet, ethnic obsessions, repetitious work, the lack of a model for the implementation of a comprehensive handwriting, patterns, and many other problems. They cause divergence in the alphabet and structural structure, for handwriting in varieties of local dialects of the country.This study provide a systematic and purposive framework on convergence of Handwriting in local dialects by providing the history of Percian writing, and inspired by languages and dialects that had been preserved by the handwriting. This study is carried out according to the Wardhaugh (2015) and is done in a library method.
