Abstract:
Science transmission has by no means less importance than its production. With no means to transfer the science, It will disappear soon. It is here that  the role of language in its general meaning reveals. In the present article, It is tried to show the importance of handbooks writting in fortifying the science foundations with a focus on the handbook of philosophy and public policy.
