Causes of Women's Delinquency; Their Correction and Rehabilitation

Social malformations and criminal acts are harmful for any individual and group, but the same social deviation and crime committed by women and girls have a more harmful effect. The statistics of women's crimes in most countries, including Iran, indicate that many women's crimes are related to their gender role. This study examines the causes of crime tendency to crime and crime, and how to reform and rehabilitate them. This study like most criminal law researches, in terms of purpose and in terms of its nature, is descriptive-analytical, and has been collecting data via library research. Findings and The study showed that although the percentage of women's delinquency is still lower than that of men, its growth is alarming in recent years. Researchers have attributed the growing trend of women's crimes to out-of-home employment, the weakening of social monitoring and the growing participation of women in the labor market.
