In today's world, tourism industry is recognized as one of the most important factors in revenue generation. Accelerating economic growth is booming, so this study aims to investigate the impact of the physical environment on spatial loyalty and attachment.
The statistical population consisted of all tourists in Sarin spa pools. According to Cochrane Unlimited Society formula, the sample size was 384, which was distributed among the statistical populationand 318 questionnaires were completed by non-random sampling method (without any pre-selection). Required data were collected using standard questionnaire and its validity was evaluated based on construct validity, diagnostic and convergent and its reliability was assessed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The research model was tested using Structural Equation Method and Lisrel software.
The results showed that physical environment had a significant effect on spatial attachment with t test of 13.66 and path coefficient of 0.8 and physical environment had significant effect on tourism loyalty with t test of 10.43 and path coefficient 2. / 1 had a significant effect.
The results showed that physical environment can have a significant effect on spatial attachment. The results also showed that the physical environment had a significant positive effect on tourism loyalty.
