Measuring Naja Employees OCB And Its Relationship With Demographic Variables (Case Study: Kurdistan Road Police)
Employees are the vital force of Traffic police as a service organization ,especially line staffs who are directly in connection with society. So a special set of employees behaviours in giving services to people could have a significant effect on their perception about services quality,especially voluntary and discretionary behaviours of employees which have shown both to clients and organization and called as organizational citizenship behoviour(OCB).This paper aims to survey the kurdistan road police employees OCB and also its relationship with job rotation and demographic variables.The research method was descriptive-survey and applied, the statistical universe were all the official employees and soldiers of kurdistan province road police and the sample size were 150 people who were selected through cluster sampling method. The reliability and validity of researcher–made questionnaire was tested by confirmed factor analysis and Cronbachs Alpha. The hypothesises of this research were analyzed through on-sample T test and variance analysis test. The results indicated the desirable level of OCB and its all components between kurdistan province road police employees. Also the results indicate that the level of official employees OCB is significantly higher than soldiers and the OCB of married employees is higher than single employees and also the OCB of senior officers is higher than soldiers.
