Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize effective indicators (related to NGOs 's role) in crime prevention and social harm in Ardabil city. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection is a survey type. Statistical population of the research is experts and experienced specialists of NGOs (Semnan) in Ardabil city. In this article, by studying the library and using the opinions of NGOs professors and experts, important factors of social harm were identified. Then A questionnaire was provided for implementation by Delphi method. Until To extract the impact of each. Statistical sample comments were collected using four questionnaires. Data were analyzed using AHP method. Research findings show that effective indicators (related to NGOs 's role) in crime prevention and social harm in Ardabil city In order of priority are: Unemployment, marginalization, violence, drug and addiction, late marriage, divorce, theft, extramarital affairs and suicide.
