A study of the relationship between management styles with personal characters among guidance schools managers

The aim of this research was to study the relationship between Management styles with personal characters among managers of guidance schools. The variables included: age, education, gender, years of service and marital status. The study method is descriptive and co relational type. Statistical population consists of male and female from all of the school managers in karaj city .123 managers were chosen by random y sampling . In order to evaluate the variables a questionnaire was used, that included the leadership styles questionnaire of Otenhaus   (1985)  and some questions about personal characters . Data analysis showed that the most of managers used orbit communication styles. There wasn’t a significant correlation between age and management styles among managers .There wasn’t a significant correlation between gender and management styles. There wasn’t a significant correlation between educational background and management’s style.  There wasn’t a significant correlation between years of service and management’s styles .There wasn’t a significant correlation between marital status and management styles.
