Considering the Muslim disputes in Indonesia

Indonesia as the biggest Muslim country, its population is over 260 million. It is the third largest democracy in the world. Among the Muslim countries, it has the biggest economy. But unfortunately, some Muslim extremist groups threat its progress. For the first time, Islam entered in Indonesia by the merchants. The peaceful spread of Islam has boosted the democratic institutions. In 1803, when the Haj pilgrims came back from this Islamic ritual, they were affected by the Wahhabi extremism. They maintain that the Islam in Indonesia is distorted and the Muslims are apostates. So, they started killing the other Muslims. Also, some rulers involved in igniting the violence among Muslims. For example, currently, more than 150 mosques in Indonesia are established by the Saudi government. The Saudi books are printed over there. Thousands of students are given the scholarship. In this essay, the roots of violence in Indonesia is discussed. The solutions which is taken by the authorities are analyzed.
