The efficiency of legal logic in literary analysis, the emergence of literary logic

Encountering the steps of legal logic in literary studies, a new path would be opened against us. The lawyer, who is an orator and has a taste of poetry, can be successful in the analysis and criticism of literary works. The criterion of a person, who is familiar with the philosophy and logic of law and the concept of the knowledge affiliated to trial, is separated from others. Professor Jafari Langarudi, based on the various natures of his writings in two branches of law, culture, and Persian literature and Islamic branch is not only one of the pioneers in Iran, but also is one of the heads in literary and cultural studies. However, Jafari Langarudi is known for his various works in the field of private law. In this study, the particular method of Jafari Langarudi in vocabulary recognition is analyzed.
