Abstract:

This Study is a Branch of Family Law that examines divorce, especially agreed divorce and dowry claim, and examines the supportive role of matter 22 of the family protection act for payment of hundred and ten gold coin or equivalent. This article may offer legislators a new perspective on whether this matter is merely for the benefit of the couple. And what is the role of the aforementioned matter despite of the couple disqualification from paying the dowry?
