Man’s Domain of Guardianship, Family or Community

In the issue regarding the social cooperation of women as well as its liberation or restriction, it is inducted that the verse of guards- qavvamun and the verse of degree- darajah- are of further significance through the proofs stating the custody of man. Investigating these issues, the research endeavors to answer the question if this custody or guardianship could be approved as a general proof within the social issues of women or not, and following the presentation of report in regard with various ideas on the domain of guardianship, it has been investigated the viewes of for and against group, the extension of guardianship and its application as a general principle.The present study concludes that the proofs of guardianship merely confirm this charge for the husbands within the family domain.
