Investigating the Role of Leadership Perceptions, Participatory Decisions and Organizational Trust the Mediator role of Motivational Teachers on Teaching Activities of Elementary Teachers

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to Investigating the Role of leadership, participatory decision making and organizational trust with the mediating role of teacherschr('39') motivation on the teaching the teaching activities of primary school teachers. In terms of practical purpose and in terms of implementation method, it was a descriptive survey descriptive-correlation.The statistical population includes all primary school teachers in West Azarbaijan province of 11522 people, 376 people were selected as the sample. Assessment tools included standard questionnaires Confirmatory factor analysis has been used for their validity. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaires through Cronbachchr('39')s alpha coefficient for teaching was 0.81, organizational trust was 0.89, teacher motivation was 0.75 and leadership perception was 0.81 and participatory decision making was 0.60. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and SPSS and AMOSE software. The results showed that leadership motivation and perception have a direct and significant effect on teaching. But participatory decision making and organizational trust do not have a direct and significant effect on teaching. The indirect effect of participatory decision-making in school and leadership trust and perception on teaching is through positive and significant motivation. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that in order to improve the teaching of elementary teachers, it is possible to promote trust, participatory decision-making in school and choose the appropriate leadership style, motivating teachers as one of the mediating factors.
