A testament to the functioning of tools in research and its place in measuring beliefs in preventing crime

The purpose of this research is to investigate the reliability, reforming, validation and normality of the religious attitude. The studied society in this research consists of all the students of Tehran Azad University and other Tehran universities. The sampling method in this research is a random cluster method. From the universities, 529 persons have been selected as a bulk of sample. In the present research, the implement is a religious attitude questionnaire including of 20 items. In this research, in order to analyse the items, two methods, discernment coefficient and loop, have been used. To assess the reliability and validity, the analysis factors were used. The gained results are as the following below: regarding to the results of the analysis factors, two factors were identified, totally it can be said that all of the questions in the questionnaire, evaluate the religious attitude. The first factor is named “Need of God presence” and the second one surveys the religious attitude. In overall, we can conclude that this questionnaire enjoys the relevant reliability and validity, and its norm investigation has been implemented appropriately.
