In order to further ensure volume of samples 400 participants are selected. The questionnaires are consisted of 131 open- and closed-ended questions distributed among the personnel that are selected according to the systematic random sampling. After collecting the information, SPSS and LISREL software are used to analyze the data. In the inferential findings section, in order to investigate dependent and independent variables, parametric test of Pearson correlation coefficient, linear regression and path analysis are used. Considering the data scale, in order to test some hypotheses mentioned in the study, Chi-square test is used.
