Extra-organizational communication skills of students of the University of Law Enforcement Sciences

The aim of this study was to develop and identify the dimensions, components and indicators of the model (theoretical and practical) of external communication skills of students of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences. The method of this research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of research method. The researcher should identify, examine and evaluate the components of students' extra-organizational communication skills by using in-depth interviews with elites (scientific in the field of communication skills and experts). The statistical population of this research is the elites in the field of police communications who were purposefully selected until the saturation limit of 21 people and the method of achieving the theoretical saturation is snowball. The data collection tool is in-depth interview and the method of measuring the validity and reliability of the Goba and Lincoln methods. کرد. Evaluation of indicators has shown that students' extra-organizational social communication skills are of special importance compared to other areas, and therefore it is suggested that it can be done with educational programs and considering social communication skills courses as well as non-educational programs such as Attention to the dialogue-implementation circles - the faculty-student alliance plan - the implementation of the scientific situation-building working group and the implementation of the resident consultant professor plan strengthened the students' extra-organizational social communication skills.
