Abstract:
The occurrence of coronary heart disease and the monopoly of its treatment with vaccine has caused legal ambiguities regarding the civil liability resulting from the injection of coronary vaccine and other vaccines. Examine the different countries and the challenges that arise in the way of achieving compensation and state the solutions to address those challenges. Perhaps the main obstacle to a civil liability sentence is the lack of causation. To solve this problem, it seems that one of the main solutions is to establish compensation funds that are committed in any case to physical and financial damages caused by the injection. In fact, civil liability insurance justifies the formation of this type of fund. In the case of other damages, the need to assume the causal relationship will cause the main problem of the civil liability sentence to be resolved. If these solutions are adopted in This will encourage more people around the world and Iran to get vaccinated. In fact, economic analysis of the need for compensation will lead us to the solutions we have adopted.
