Abstract:

Background ; Terrorism and the commission of terrorist crimes using nuclear energy (or radioactive and radioactive materials) in addition to the destruction of infrastructure, is a significant threat to national, international and even global security. Therefore, it seems that in order to reduce the level of threats and challenges arising from the commission of such crimes, as well as to prevent intimidation caused by horrific destruction, legislative, executive and technical support should be provided within the framework of international and national criminal policy. In the meantime, the most strategic way to protect and safeguard such facilities is independent criminalization and determination of the criminal response to perpetrators of terrorist crimes in the context of the criminal law of nuclear rights.Methodology; Using library resources and online resources, this article has attempted to evaluate the collected information qualitatively and based on the authors' inference from sources and texts. Therefore, the research method is developmental in terms of purpose and descriptive and library in terms of data collection.Findings and Conclusions; Based on the existing structure of the criminal law of nuclear rights, as well as the challenges to effectively deal with nuclear terrorist crimes, while adopting effective legislative criminal policy by reforming criminal policy at the international and national levels, a new mechanism to pursue and address such Formed crimes. In general, by adopting a basic approach and using the teachings of the criminal law of nuclear rights, Iran's legislative criminal policy against nuclear terrorist crimes can be identified and assessed.
