Study of level and effective factors on girl students' tendency of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari to police occupation

This study has been done to investigate the level of the girl students' tendency to admission of the police occupation and effective factors on their tendency. The plan of the study was descriptive and practical. This research has been done by using survey method. The research population was all girl students of the high school and pre-university of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. 212 persons were selected at random from them by using multistage method. In order to collect data, the made researcher questionnaire was used. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire have been confirmed by experts. The collected data was analyzed by using correlation method. The results show that there is a meaningful relation between the variables, social trust, participation past, satisfaction of police performance, community relations, security feeling, respect for the police officers, students demands from police, the police force support, and students' attitude to cooperation with police officers and girl students' tendency to admission of the police occupation in future.
