The study population covered by the taxi drivers SHAHRAN to get the general education courses and rescue centers covered by the health department of Tehran referred. The formulas for sample size calculation, 340 individuals were selected. According to data collected by questionnaire technique referred to questionnaire survey was carried out in Tehran. In addition to the questionnaire, the methods and library records, Internet searches and interviews with some experts as a complement to the above method is used.
