Use of IoT in Modeling the Judiciary Human Crisis Management with a Preventive Approach

Due to the fourth industrial revolution and the development of IoT-based technologies, the development of crisis management systems based on new technologies has received great attention. This study aims to investigate the role of the Internet of Things in modeling human crisis management in the judiciary with a preventive approach.

The present study is descriptive-analytical in terms of purpose, applied and developmental in nature and qualitative in terms of approach. The participants are the university professors and the executive elite of the Isfahan judiciary branch. The sample size consisted of 18 people who were selected by snowball method. The Delphi technique was used in various stages of the research, including determining indicators and sub-indices, designing a questionnaire, analyzing data, and the type of IoT communication on each sub-index.

The extracted model from the qualitative section was assessed by experts and academic specialists and executive elites in Isfahan Justice and the Judiciary Headquarters. Then, the relationship between the mentioned model and the Internet of Things is examined and based on the maximum impact of the Internet of Things on the crisis management model in the judiciary, the pre-crisis priority is given to the following indicators: 1- Preparation of a coherent database of assets (facilities, equipment and processes and manpower active in the complex), 2- Using intelligent protection systems and 3- Creating cooperation and coordination (inside and outside the organization), and in the crisis phase to: 1- Leadership, 2- Preventing the occurrence of secondary accidents, 3- Continuing to provide judicial services and in the post-crisis stage is assigned to: 1- Planning, 2- Organizing, 3- Performance evaluation.
