The purpose of this study is to identify a solution to the contradiction between the view of electronic surveillance in the information society and the approach of technocracy to the privacy of individuals.The research method is descriptive-analytical, which was done through inductive analysis. the researcher used constant comparative technique to analyze the data. therefore, by deleting it, it is not possible to provide a definition of personal information and data and privacy of individuals. privacy and freedom of individuals may be in conflict with government oversight, but using the dialectical method, elements opposed to surveillance and privacy can be part of the information society. to be placed. to solve the contradiction between privacy and observation, we can use exactly this dialectical principle of marx, who says: dialectics, in the specific sense of the word, is the study of contradictions in the internal nature of objects. it causes movement, like the struggle of the working class against the capitalist, which leads to the rule of the proletariat.The theory of spontaneous order based on hayek's philosophical view, we can say that the existence of a supervisory society and its adaptation to the information society is not a contradiction.Wright's non-zero theory sees the result of the contradiction between good and evil in human life as ultimately in favor of good, and he accepts this conflict, and the non-zero theory validates the bad conditions of surveillance and private privacy.Electronic government surveillance of individuals' information, in the first place as access to privacy, violates the rights of users. however, considering the need for government governance, it is necessary when governments raise the need for privacy.
