Organizational Culture and its impact on the efficiency of human force , according to Achio model from the perspective of the commanders and law enforcement managers province mazandaran

with regard to the importance of productivity in organizations , the aim of this study, study examined the impact of organizational culture on employee productivity , according to achio model from the perspective of commanders and leaders . This research and application of research objective nature and method, descriptive survey . statistical community managers , including commanders and law enforcement command is mazandaran province with the formula of Cochrane , 125 people in the form of a simple random sample as the statistical study were selected. means of gathering information , the standard questionnaires organizational culture Robbins (1996) and productivity standard questionnaires manpower hirsi achio model (1980) and Goldsmith . stability by using the Alpha keronbagh formula for organizational culture 0.93 and efficiency 0.93 measurements and approved by Reps , to express a description and analysis of the data from the descriptive statistics and method to analyze the data from the correlation coef (R)cient test and the regression coe SPSS18 software is used. Research findings suggest that between organizational culture and efficiency of manpower positive and significant relationship . The results also show that clearly and the environment , respectively, and the highest correlation coefficient .
