Perspective of social capital for community police

Responsibility to ensure the public order and security in the Islamic Republic of Iran is responsible for police. Since the people are the main audience of the police, participation and the role of the people in the creation of Social Security can assist police in their duties. One of the ways to attract people's participation is create and strengthen the social capital. The study also provides definitions of social capital and community police and explain the views expressed in social capital, we describe the experiences of some countries in the formation of community police And finally we explain the creation, promotion and membership in social capital.
