AN INVESTIGATION ON THE RELATION BETWEEN MENTAL SIGNS (S.C.L 90-R) AND GIRLS RUNNING AWAY FROM HOME

The current study aims at investigating the relation between mental disorder and running away from home based on S.C.L-90-R. In this study it was assumed that the nine indices of mental disorders of S.C.L-90-R (depression, hypochondria, anxiety, obsession, phobia, paranoia, interpersonal sensitivity, virulence and the state of being psychotic ) had a negative correlation with running away from home. Also, there is a difference between the number of men and women engaging in this act, and running away from home is considered to be one of the components of mental disorders. The data collecting tool applied in this investigation was the S.C.L-90-R test of mental disorders
