Investigating the causes of increasing psycho-social problems of employees and appropriate strategies to control and improve it (Case study: Disciplinary Command of Yazd Province)
Among the issues hindering the health of employees are their psychological and social problems that will have adverse results on employee satisfaction.
The present study is a field and applied research. Sampling method was simple random method and data collection tool was a questionnaire. The statistical population in this study is all employees referring to the provincial health in 1399 and the sample size based on Krejcie and Morgan table was 306 people. The correlation coefficient of the two tests was 55 and the correlation coefficients between the subtests of this questionnaire with a total score was between 0.72 and 0.87, which indicates its high validity.
According to the findings, it can be said that the average obtained for general health status is greater than the theoretical average (22). Considering that the value of the significance level obtained for this variable is smaller than the error level of α = 0.05 (p <0.05), so it can be said that the observed mean for this variable is significantly larger than the theoretical mean. .
The results show that the general health of employees needs attention to strengthen its components, increase the physical and mental fitness of employees and further increase the dynamism of the organization and ultimately the services provided to the people lead to higher satisfaction.
