Analyzing the effectiveness of police performance in preventing crimes committed after premeditated murder

The police, as the executive arm of the judicial system, has a significant role in the realization of criminal justice, and without a doubt, their correct performance will have a great impact on the realization of this process; One of the examples of this function is after the occurrence of serious crimes and in order to prevent the occurrence of similar behaviors. With this description, the purpose of the present research is to explain the crimes committed after the occurrence of intentional homicide in one of the cities of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province and to analyze the performance of the police in preventing the crimes committed after the occurrence of intentional homicide. It is descriptive-survey. And in terms of the problem and purpose of the research, it is considered to be applied. The statistical community of Hazaz research is all employees of the police command in the studied city, and the sample size consists of 155 people who were randomly selected. The results of this research indicate that mediation indicators And the mediation of the police between the parties to the dispute and their invitation to peace and compromise, adequate knowledge of the police force employees from the place of duty, accuracy in the execution of the orders of superiors and judicial authorities will play a significant role in preventing the occurrence of crimes after intentional murder.
