The relationship between conflict management, creativity, and job stress with the job performance of green space department employees in Mashhad municipality
The aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship between conflict management strategies, job stress and creativity with the job performance of the employees of green space departments of Mashhad Municipality. This research is a correlational descriptive method and applied in terms of purpose. The studied community consisted of 78 experts and the sample size was determined based on Cochran's formula of 65 people who were selected using random sampling. The measurement tools in this research are 4 standard questionnaires of conflict management strategies by Robbins (1999), job performance by Patterson (1970), job creativity by Jazni (1382), job stress by Kahn et al. (1964). The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach's alpha, which was favorable. The data was analyzed with the help of SPSS software version 23. The results showed that there is no significant relationship between conflict management strategies and any of the present variables except performance, creativity and stress, but there is a positive and significant correlation between control strategies and the circuit solution of conflict management with the decision-making dimension of stress. In addition, there is a positive and significant relationship between creativity and job performance, and stress has a negative and significant relationship with job performance and creativity. Also, the results of the age assessment have a negative and significant relationship with conflict management strategies, so that as employees age, they use control and solution strategies less.
