Comments on Zahabi Attitude Toward the Introduction of Majmaol Bayan

Dr. Mohammad Hossein Zahabi is a contemporary Sunnite scholar. In a book titled "Al-Tafsir Al-Mofaseron", he has studied the history of interpretation of Quran in the time of the Companions and Followers, and the interpretation method used by some Shiite and Sunnite interpreters. The present article fully reviews his claims about Shiite beliefs such as interpretive Shiite traditions, alternation, and the significance of Imams, prophetic magic and the interpretation books including "Majmaol Bayan". Zahabi's mistakes and alternations are thoroughly studied.
