Investigating the role of security in motivating women's participation in public sports activities

Background and One of the most important aspects of sports is its universality, and on the other hand, the feeling of security for women is an important factor for doing sports activities without worries. The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of security in motivating women's participation in public sports activities. The research method is of applied type and in terms of data collection, it is correlation description. Random sampling was a cluster that Tehran's regions were divided into four parts: north, south, east and west. In order to collect data and measurements, the security questionnaire of Karroubi et al. (2016) and the sports participation questionnaire of Gill et al. (1983) were used. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics and model presentation, structural equation modeling technique are used.Findings and Based on the results of the research communication model, it was observed that there is a significant relationship between psychological security (b=0.337), economic security (β=0.286), social security (b=0.221) and environmental security (b=0.256). =β) There is a significant relationship with the motivation of women's sports participation. Finally, according to the results of the current research, I can show that the higher the security factor in a place from different aspects, the more women will be interested in doing sports activities and relaxation.
