Characteristics of Suitable Pattern for House Preparation for IRI Army Staff – Resistance Economy Approach

Providing the primary needs of staff and the most of them, Provide a suitable house and equal to his status, are the most important challenges of AJA staff’s life. Efforts of authorities for providing house by types of cooperative institutes have not been successful because of fundamental lacks in house input such as funds and similar challenges. The approach of this study is a posteriori and the way of doing it is qualitative. According to grounded theory, collecting data through interview and studying relevant documents and theorizing based on a structured approach have been done in 3 steps that includes open coding, core coding and selective coding. The results are organized in form of 1446 elements, 44 dimensions and 6 themes. The position and relations of each these themes are educed in providing staff’s house model and six related themes. Data analysis of questionnaire has been done by SPSS and T exam with the single sample. in order to develop a pattern of AJA staff’s house (results), The results show, sextet themes must have been considered, including valuable supports of Imam Khamenei and the commander of military staff (casual conditions), affective organizations (core level), human capital, macroeconomic requirements (interruptive conditions), AJA strategic thinking’s context (context), establishment of economy base of house – financial economic development – cooptation with private sectors (interdependent strategies).
