Because of counter-imperialism in nature, the specific geopolitical position in the region, advocating the poor people of world, maintaining independence policy and peaceful unclear plan, the I.R. of Iran is facing with numerous location and time based threats now and then. After identifying and clarifying the key factors and motivators with the most importance and uncertainty (deterrence, intelligence power of enemy, regional chaos), 4 scenarios were developed, including vicarious, integrative, unstabilizing, and strategic control war theater scenario
