A Comprehensive Model of Factors Affecting the Strategic Management of Human Resources in Iran’s Tax Organization
Human resources management is a dynamic discipline that is strongly related to individuals’ behavior and can have an impact on the organization's strategy and goal achievement. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive model of the factors affecting the strategic management of human resources in Iran’s tax organization. The study followed a descriptive method and in terms of the goal, it was applied. The statistical population included employees and experts of the tax administrations from among whom, a total of 348 individuals were selected as the statistical sample. Obtaining the data was done through valid questionnaires, and the analysis of the collected data was accomplished using structural equation modeling. In addition, the validity and reliability of the variables were secured. The results showed that the factors presented for the strategic human resources management model include dimensions such as human resources training, organizational transformation, organizational commitment, organizational culture, management, human resources. Finally, it is suggested that the indicators can potentially have a positive effect on advancing the strategic goals of the organization.
