Abstract:

After the fall of Saddam and the collapse of the Ba'ath regime in 2003, the Arbaeen walk gathering, which had continued in all the years of the rule of the anti-Shia governments in Iraq, despite all the restrictions and obstacles, was held again with an ever-increasing scope. It is clear that based on the logic governing the knowledge of international relations, phenomena with these dimensions must be explained as a global event within the framework of this modern knowledge. None of the existing theoretical approaches can adequately explain this global event that has integrated multiple identities under the semantic system created by the intersection of "holy reason" and "true love". Although this deficiency is clearly visible in the mainstream approaches of international relations, it can also be seen in the middle, critical and protest approaches. Although an attempt has been made to solve this shortcoming in the middle, critical and protesting approaches, the fact is that on the one hand, due to the vacuum of attitude towards the component of "reason" and the reduction of the understanding of subjects in the form of "instrumental reason" and finally "conventional reason" and Neglecting "Holy Wisdom" and on the other hand due to the fact that this knowledge is devoid of mystical approaches and neglecting the component of "true love", the need to rethink the theory of international relations for a better understanding of the future world is fully felt.
