Identification of Mental Health Promotion Methods for Students of Khatam-al-Anbia Air Defense University

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to identify methods of promoting mental health in university students. After studying the literature and the history of research, two hypotheses were assessed using a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 48 questions in the Likert spectrum (five options). Content validity and reliability were performed using Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population consisted of students who were selected as the sample size of 140. The results of data analysis confirmed the assumptions of the research. Accordingly, it can be acknowledged that organizational measures provision of educational space and appropriate rest, allocation of suitable facilities for students, access to psychological services, holding workshops and workshops as well as monitoring the mental health level of students and individual learning skills Life as well as coping skills by students are effective in promoting the mental health of students.
