The effect of knowledge management on employee performance In Faraja's human resources department

Abstract:
In recent years, knowledge management and attention to knowledge have been highly regarded as a strategic asset in organizations.Performance management is also a potential factor in the successful implementation of future activities to achieve individual and organizational goals, the most important elements of which are performance evaluation, reward and employee development.In today's world, organizations are entering the knowledge-based economy.An economy in which knowledge and intangible assets are the most important factors of production and competitive advantage of the organization and are known for better performance of the organization and employees.This research is an applied research, the research method is descriptive research according to the basic purpose and in terms of data collection method.The statistical population of this research includes the managers and employees of Faraja's human resources department.The sample size is 217 people who were selected using random sampling method.A standard questionnaire has been used to collect data, its validity has been confirmed and its reliability has been calculated through Cronbach's alpha.The findings of this research indicate that identifying and retaining knowledge, acquiring knowledge, transferring and sharing knowledge, and applying knowledge have a positive and significant effect on the dimensions of individual performance and job performance of employees.
