Improving the mobility of combat engineering groups based on future threats with an emphasis on specialized manpower
Today, wars are increasingly moving towards a combination of traditional and irregular strategies, decentralized planning and execution, and stateless actors who use simple and complex technologies simultaneously and innovatively. Engineering, as an important part of any army, should be able to increase its speed in accordance with the future battles, so that it is possible to effectively support the forces at any time and perform the assigned missions in the best way. The mobility of engineering groups is based on 3 principles of human capital, organizational capital and physical capital. Human capital represents a set of characteristics, life experiences, knowledge, creativity, innovation and energy that people choose to invest in their work. The results of the research on the role of specialized human resources in improving the mobility of engineering groups indicate that out of 100 people in the sample community (41% percent) there are too many options, (45.16 percent) too many options (10.33 percent). Medium option, (2.83) low option and (0.33%) chose very low option. As a result, 86.16% of the sample population believe that it is possible to improve the mobility of combat engineering groups by using human capital (according to the knowledge and skill components).
