The effect of quantum leadership and job self-efficacy on organizational excellence in Ministry of Sports and Youth
The purpose of this paper is to determine the relationship between quantum leadership and job self-efficacy with organizational excellence in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The statistical population of this study was experts from the Ministry of Sports and Youth. In this research, a questionnaire was used to measure the variables of the research. Since the standard questionnaire was not found for quantum leadership, a researcher-made questionnaire was considerd . formal and content validity was confirmed by a group of academic professors and using Cronbach's alpha correlation coefficient, the reliability value for this questionnaire was 8/. Was calculated. For self-efficacy variable, Rigs and Knight's standard questionnaire (1994) and for measuring organizational excellence, based on the EFQM model, the standard questionnaire was used by Rashidi Manesh et al. (1394) and based on the Likert scale of 5 values.The findings of the research showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between job self-efficacy and organizational excellence. Quantum leadership also has a positive and significant effect on job self-efficacy, but quantum leadership has no effect on organizational excellenceTherefore, it is suggested that the managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, using the findings of this study, by implementing and operating the quantum leadership style, consider and increase the self-efficacy of the staff to improve their performance, and by strengthening the culture of excellence in Between the staff and the experts to contribute to the development of the country's sport.
